Renaissance North Tampa phone and internet services are still down.
We are using the designated Communications Hotline number 800-992-6615 and should a caller have emergency communication that needs to be relayed to a resident or associate, the call center representative will take a message and reach out to one of our community contacts; the contact at the community will then relay the message and return emergency calls as soon as possible.
Updates will continue to be shared here and on our Facebook page.

Renaissance North Tampa phone service has been restored. The community is back to normal operations, but is awaiting internet to resume.
We truly appreciate your endless support, patience and trust in caring for your loved ones. And a big THANK YOU to our associates for your selfless dedication, care and support of all our residents’ health and safety during this difficult event. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has a loved one impacted by both Hurricane Helene and Milton.

Renaissance North Tampa power has been restored to all buildings, including independent living, assisted living and memory care. The phone and internet services at the community continue to be down.

Renaissance North Tampa power to assisted living and memory care has been restored, and independent living continues operating on backup generators. The phone and internet services at the community are still down.
We will continue use of the designated Hurricane Communications Hotline call center line 800-992-6615 and should a caller have emergency communication that needs to be relayed to a resident or associate, the call center representative will take a message and reach out to one of our community contacts; the contact at the community will then relay the message and return emergency calls as soon as possible.

10/12/2024 Evening Update
Renaissance North Tampa continues to operate on back-up generators and without phones or internet. While we wait for restoration, the community is hustling and bustling as residents have continued a very robust schedule of activities long into the evening hours. Residents in independent living have enjoyed a number of rounds of Rummikub and cards in the Café, as well as regular prayer sessions and other gatherings in the living areas with chairs and couches. Assisted living residents have also been keeping busy with playing dominos into all hours of the night. Memory care residents are maintaining their regularly scheduled activities and haven’t missed a beat. The dining schedule has also been satisfying and everyone is well fed.
The administration has maintained daily communication with all residents through memos and information conveyed through associates. We are also appreciative of associates who have helped with extra caregiving for residents’ pets.
Renaissance is a strong community, and we are thankful for the support of those who are taking care of our residents and keeping the operations running smoothly during this challenging time.

Renaissance North Tampa power, phone service and internet are down. The building remains operational on generator power.

10/9/2024 Evening Update
Due to Hurricane Milton, Renaissance North Tampa is currently without power; however, the building remains operational on generator power, including the phone system. Residents and associates are safe and comfortable, and the community has prepared food and water supplies. Most importantly, the community’s life safety systems remain fully operational.
As always, the health and safety of our residents is our top priority, and we will keep you apprised of any updates here and on our Facebook page.

Dear Family & Friends,
We are closely monitoring Hurricane Milton as it makes its way towards Florida. We have spent considerable time preparing for the storm, including stocking up on supplies and emergency items, but also understand storms can be unpredictable and will post any vital updates that impact our community.
